The Tubsan National Center for Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (TNC-PCVE) is a multi-agency institution primarily composed of security agencies.

It was established by a Cabinet Resolution, as per Executive Order No. 131 issued by the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia in June 2023. The center operates under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia.

The Centre coordinates and collaborates with multiple agencies at both the Federal and State levels to ensure the well-balanced implementation of the national strategy for countering violent extremism and terrorism.
